Canteen, Enameled Steel, US, U.S.S. CO., 1942

Genuine WWII US enameled steel canteen, made in two parts, with a horizontal solder seam. This type was produced during the year 1942 only, in order to save aluminium.

The present canteen is complete with its original early type plastic cap.
