Charles Wilson Jodrey was born on March 8, 1907 in West Townsend, Massachusetts and joined the US Army on July 2, 1943. He went on to serve with 1099th Engineer Utilities Detachment, deployed to Europe and was discharged as a Technician 5th Grade. He passed away on April 9, 1996.
