Genuine WWII US Army M1943 Jungle Pack, of the camouflage cloth type.
Intended for troops deployed in tropical theaters of operations, the Jungle Pack was first tested in Panama prior to being issued to various units in the Pacific in 1943-1944.
Two versions were produced: camouflage fabric, as seen here, and OD 7 fabric.
Manufactured by Carter Bros, Inc. in 1943.
Complete and in very good overall condition; Prentice zipper and snap hooks are in working order.
