Nice genuine WWII USAAF Type F-3A electrically-heated flying suit, made up of a green rayon jacket and its matching trousers, designed for being worn beneath the 'regular' flying suit and generally supplemented by a pair of shoe inserts, which are not included in the present sale.
Intended for bomber crews and standardized in October 1944, this garment features an electrical circuit providing some much appreciated heat during high-altitude missions.
Jacket and trousers both manufactured by General Electric; size Medium Regular (38 to 40).
Great homogeneous set, in excellent overall condition; all Talon zippers are in working order.
