Pack, Field, M-1943

Genuine WWII US Army M1943 Field Pack, intended for replacing the M1928 haversack.

No production markings visible.

A variation of the 1942 Field Pack, this model was its final version, slightly roomier and made in green material; issued in some quantity in Europe in 1944, it was finally superseded by the two-part combat pack in late 1944. 

Complete and in quite good, used condition; zipper is broken yet snap hooks are in working order.
