Interesting genuine WWII US M1936 field bag, made in rubberized khaki canvas and intended for carrying personal belongings.

Manufactured by Salvage Molloy in 1943.

Quite good, used condition.

Name Johnne [sic] Cline and service number 835-03-37 have been written on the flap, along with initial N. besides 'U.S.' marking.

Johnnie Frank Cline was born on August 22, 1924 in Arkton, Virginia and joined the US Navy on April 24, 1943. He was discharged on February 17, 1946 as a Seaman 1st Class, and passed away on June 12, 1995.
