Rare genuine WWII US Army three-compartment grenade carrier, intended for being attached to the M1936 belt. 

Manufactured by Breslee Mfg. Co. in 1944.

Second type, featuring two Lift-the-Dot fasteners on each pocket.

Complete and in very good overall condition.

A red cross has been painted on the middle pocket, indicating that the present grenade carrier was used for carrying medical supplies.
