Great and rare genuine WWII US Navy Nurse Corps uniform, made up of a blue dress jacket intended for female personnel, with matching skirt and a black necktie.

Complete with all original buttons, the jacket retains its Ensign rank stripes, bullion Navy Nurse Corps sleeve insignias and J.B. Simpson, Inc. tailor's label. A name tag sewn in the pocket indicates that the present uniform belonged to some Florence Marsden. The skirt retains its hooks and the Talon zipper is in working order.

Nice homogeneous set, in very good overall condition.
