Margit Mathilda Mortenson was born on August 20, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to a Swedish father and a Finnish mother., and joined the USMC in 1943. She was discharged in 1945 as a Corporal and married Lester Cooper on July 3, 1949. She passed away on March 30, 2010.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
