Nice genuine WWI French Army M1915 Adrian helmet, featuring the Medical Department insignia (Service de santé des armées).
Second type liner and leather chinstrap are still present.
The outer surface has been covered with a layer of khaki paint, but the original blue color is still visible underneath.
