Nice genuine interwar French identity disc, which belonged to Alfred Meyer, inducted in 1923, service number 169, Mulhouse military district, Haut-Rhin département. 

Very good overall condition; retains its original chain bracelet (clasp in working order).

Alfred, Léon Meyer was born on March 27, 1903 in Flaxlanden, Alsace, which was then under control of the German Empire. He passed away on October 13, 1984 in Mulhouse.
