Genuine US MM2-10A1-6 manufactured by Firestone. Delivered in its M6 bag, OD 7 canvas, marked Army Lightweight Optical Mask, intended for carrying the M1 optical gas mask and its various accessories -- this type was designed for personnel using pointing or detection devices. The bag itself was often used as a simple musette bag.
