Nice genuine WWII German bayonet for Mauser 98k, manufactured by Carl Eickhorn in Solingen and dated 1939. Number 8521i is clearly visible on the ricasso while Waffenamt 253 has been stamped twice on the pommel. Bakelite grips. Locking system is in working order.

The present bayonet is in very good overall condition and comes in a original steel scabbard, manufactured by Alexander Coppel in Soligen in 1942 (see hallmark 42fnj) and bearing number 1700p.
