Genuine WWII German Luftschutz First-aid kit, placed in every place or house for anti-aircraft protection. 

The "Kleine Luftschutz-Hausapotheke" is in a riveted cardboard box covered with black leather-look foil. Hinged lid with snap closure. A movable black lacquered sheet steel handle on the lid.

A note attached to the inside of the lid listed the original supplier's contents. There is also an acceptance stamp: "Air Protection Act approved [...] / Moritz Mädler Leipzig", the manufacturer of the box. The box is divided into four interior compartments of equal size.
