Rare genuine WWII German cufftitle, intended for being worn on the left sleeve by members of the Technische Nothilfe.

Created in 1919, this paramiltary organization was initially intended for breaking  industry workers' strikes, protecting vital transport and power infrastructures, and keeping them running in case of major crisis; the TeNo evnetually became a branch of the ᛋᛋ in 1942.
