Genuine WWII German steel belt buckle of the specific Heer type, showing a few remnants of olive paint.
The cloth tab still attached to the buckle indicates that the belt itself was of the tropical version issued to the Afrikakorps, among other units.
Quite good overall condition; the front has been through some 'denazification' process.
