Genuine WWII US Army M1943 goggles, featuring green acetate lenses designed for protection from dust and wind.
Dated 1943.
Virtually identical to the E-1 goggles featuring red lenses and intended for being worn by USAAF aircrews during night flights, the present type was issued to various branches of service, including Air Forces, Airborne units and Mountain troops.
Quite good overall condition, delivered in its genuine paper kraft.
