Genuine WWII US Army M1943 goggles, featuring clear acetate lenses designed for protection from dust and wind.

Manufactured by S. Froehlich Co., Inc. in 1943.

Virtually identical to the E-1 goggles featuring red lenses and intended for being worn by USAAF aircrews during night flights, the present type was issued to various branches of service, including Air Forces, Airborne units and Mountain troops.

Good overall condition; come in their original kraft envelope.
