Carl Holst was born on May 8, 1916 in Oneida, New York in a Danish family and joined the US Army on May 21, 1942. He was discharged on October 17, 1945, and passed away on May 31, 1991.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
