Genuine post war shoulder sleeve insignia of the 39th Infantry Division. The triangle on the patch (The Greek letter D for Delta) and the monogram D both suggest the name of 'Delta Division'. This was in honor of the Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi National Guards who made up the Division during WWI.
