Nice genuine WWII US Army silver alloy 'jump wings', hallmarked Sterling. Intended for being worn on the dress uniform or jump jacket. Clutch back.
Designed by Captain Yarborough and 2nd Lieutenant Minter, the Army Parachutist's Badge was first presented on March 23, 1941. Qualification was six jumps, later reduced to five.
Complete and in very good overall condition.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
