Rare genuine WWII US Army grouping, made up of the following items:

- leather folder for discharged servicemen, of the wallet type intended for carrying various documents and souvenirs;

- service record of some Woodrow W. Davis, ASN 31340666;

- three medal ribbon bars: Good Conduct Medal, WWII Victory Medal, and European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four stars;

- Good Conduct Medal (complete), on the reverse of which name Woodrow W. Davis has been engraved;

- dog tag issued to the same Woodrow W. Davis, ASN 31340666, vaccinated in 1943, blood type A, Catholic.

Nice homogeneous set, in good overall condition.

Woodrow W. Davis was born on November 12, 1919 in Burlington, Vermont and joined the US Army on October 12, 1943 after being released from service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He went on to serve with 2nd European Civil Affairs Regiment and deployed to Europe, landing on Utah Beach on September 15, 1944 prior to serving in Normandy and Belgium. He was discharged on January 21, 1946 as a Corporal, and passed away on February 18, 1995.
