Genuine WWII USM3 trench knife, manufactured by Case and hallmarked on blade.
The Case Compay made more versions of this knife than any other manufacturer — variations included two different blade markings and two guard markings; some had a bent guard and others were straight, whereas the handle could be smooth, rigged, or grooved.
Quite good, used condition; found in Normandy.
