Helmet, M1, Swivel Loops, Named, Liner MSA

Genuine WWII US Army M1 helmet, front rim seam and swivel loops, manufactured by McCord, shell number 612A. OD 7 canvas chinstrap with steel buckle and hook. Name Elmer Hegge and Army Reserve service number FR 17352051 have been painted on the inner surface of the shell.

Delivered with its genuine helmet liner, of the resin-coated compressed fiber type, manufactured by Mine Safety Appliances. OD 3 canvas straps inside hold by OD green A Washers. The neck band has been cut. 

Homogeneous set, in very good condition and comes along with a brown medium mesh helmet net.
