Myrwood Barton Sutton was born on February 25, 1910 in Bellaire, Ohio and joined the Medical Department on September 1st, 1942 as a Captain. He went on to serve with Company C, 67th Medical Battalion and was discharged on March 9, 1946 as a Major. He passed away on December 18, 1963.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
