Superb genuine original wool US regulation medical identification flag used to mark aid stations, vehicles, ambulances, etc. 1931 Pattern Flag of the Geneva Convention.
Lot of four genuine WWII US OD canvas strap designed to secure the patient to the litter. The straps featured two sprung metal clips attached to either end, and designed to fit around the poles of the litter. The strap was adjustable, and according to the Medical Supply Catalog of 1 March, 1944, for securing patient to litter, 4 were required per litter.
During amphibious landings, landing ships provided eight bunk straps per litter, metal pull type, to the Medical Department for landing operations. Bunk straps were used to secure patients to litters while being hoisted aboard.

Genuine WWII US Army instruction sheet for motor vehicle first-aid kit of the small size type (12-Unit) for light vehicles -- one of these was to be issued for four vehicles. This sheet was to take place under the lid.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
