Rare genuine WWII US Navy Medical Department emergency medical tag booklet, to be carried by every Corpsman.

Dated 1944.

Each tag was to be filled with the sick or wounded soldier's basic information, detached and then tied to his clothes thanks to the string intended for this purpose, while the carbon copy remained attached.

Quite good overall condition; one single sheet has been detached.
