Bag, US Army, Kit — Blood, Plasma Unit, Rigger-Made, Airborne

Extremely rare genuine WWII US Army medical bag, made in rubberized canvas and intended for airborne troops, designed by riggers for carrying a blood and plasma unit kit.

Fitted with a snap hook and two lateral flaps featuring four Lift-the-Dot fasteners each (female part), this two-compartment rectangular pouch closes thanks to a double Crown zipper.

The front bears mention 'Kit — Blood, Plasma Unit' in red capital letters in a white rectangle, and a red cross in a white square.

Complete and in very good overall condition; all mobile parts are in working order.
