Genuine WWII US Report of Delinquency, dated May 1st, 1945, drawn up following a traffic accident that occured in Montebourg, Normandy on the same day and involving T/5 Charles Hummer, ASN 33635626, 279th Port Company. The report indicates that the latter had no accident report form in his vehicle.
