Extremely rare genuine WWII German wanted notice, published by order of Militärbefehlshaber in Belgien und Nord-Frankreich in three languages: German, Dutch, and French. The present public notification was intended for collecting information related to some Alfred, Henri Gilbert , a.k.a. 'Bill', born on April 16, 1921 in Uccle, Belgium and identified as a 'big criminal' by the German military authorities. Apart from his last known address and a short description, this document features two photographs of the young man. A reward of 500,000 Belgian francs was offered to any person who could provide insights which could lead to the arrest of the above-mentioned suspect. Quite good, used condition; pinned on a board made in a light material, possibly compressed cardboard. Dimensions of the poster itself: 11.6in x 16.5in.
