Sent to prisoners of war by the American Red Cross, through the International Red Cross Commitee in Geneva, Switzerland.
Complete and in quite good, used condition; retains its four inner boxes.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
