Rare genuine WWII US Army Catholic chaplain's sick-call cabinet, intended for administering the last rites and celebrating mass on the battlefield.

The present kit is made up of a storage case containing all the liturgical artefacts needed for the Holy Communion.

Christogram IHS, visible on various items, is a Latin transcription of ΙΗΣ, the first three letters of 'Jesus' in Greek.

Dimensions of the case: about 10.62in x 11.57in x 4.44in.

Nice homogeneous set, in rather good overall condition; clasp is in working order.
