When placed in the breast pocket, this 'Shield of Faith' was supposed to stop a bullet or shrapnel and thus save the serviceman's life…
Complet and in very good overall condition.
The dedication written inside indicates that the present bible was gifted to some Alvin by his grandmother in April 1945.
