Genuine WWII US Army SCR-625-C mine detector, introduced in 1942 and intended for locating metal-cased mines buried 6 to 12 inches deep. 

Dated 1945.

Includes the following elements: BC-1141-C amplifier, BG-151-H bag, BC-1140 control box, M-350 handle with C-446 search coil, M-356 resonator, and ST-56 strap.

Homogeneous set, in quite good overall condition.
