Genuine WWII US Army M-113 flag kit, coming in its original khaki canvas pouch marked 'Flag Kit'. 

This kit is made up of two cotton flags mounted on wooden masts, intended for conveying information at a distance by means of a particular visual code known as semaphore; every number and letter of the Latin alphabet corresponds to a specific position of the hand-held flags. 

Complete and homogeneous set, in good overall condition.
