Created by the War Department on July 22, 1940, the Special Services were the entertainment branch of the US military.
Made up of a metal frame and leather pads, this type was to be adjusted behind the wearer's head thanks to the webbing and leather strap -- pin buckles are in working order.
Quite good, worn condition.
