Nice genuine WWII US Army OD wool serge trousers, 'Special' type -- standard issue with an anti-vesicant special feature in the shape of a triangular flap behind the fly. Issued to all services.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
