Great genuine WWII USAAF AN-6510-1 seat type parachute assembly, standardized in 1942 for fighter pilots and used in most theaters of operations throughout the war.
Complete with canopy pack, back pad, seat cushion, harness, bungee cords and snap hooks (in working order). Harness is dated August 1943, pack was manufactured by National Automotive Fibers, Inc. in January 1943.
Homogeneous set, in very good overall condition. The Log Record and the manual dedicated to the emergency uses of the parachute are still present in the small compartment intended for that purpose.
The following markings have been stenciled on the inner side of the back pad, indicating that it saw service at Oklahoma City Air Materiel Area:

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
