This particular aicraft, which later flew with Alaska Airlines, crashed in Alaska in 1954.
The present picture belongs to the "Wings for Victory" series released by the Industrial and Public Relations Division of Douglas Aircraft Company, Inc. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
