Genuine WWII US Army motor vehicle first-aid kit of the small size type (12-Unit) for light vehicles -- one was to be issued for four vehicles. The present tin was enlarged in order to double its capacity -- the welding joint is clearly visible.

Quite good, used condition. Hinges are in working order.
