Pouch, Squad Leader, US Army, OMO 1918

Genuine WWI US light tan canvas pouch, of the type introduced in 1916 and generally referred to as 'Pouch for Small Articles' or 'Squad Leader's Pouch'. This universal pouch was, among others, used to carry bandages and other medical supplies, along with sewing kits, rifle oil and various accessories. 

Complete with hook and Lift-the-Dot snap fasteners. Manufactured by OMO and dated 1918.
