Genuine WWII British first field dressing packet, manufactured by S. Maw, Son & Sons Ltd. in September 1943.

Intended for being carried in the right front pocket of the battledress trousers, this standard regulation first-aid packet, made up of a light canvas pouch containing two dressings, was also commonly seen under the helmet net.

Complete, unopened condition -- retains its cellophane wrapping.
