Scarce genuine WWII British Mark I airborne troops liner helmet, complete with leather chinstrap. Manufactured by BMB (Briggs Motor Bodies Ltd) and dated 1942. Size: 6 ⅝. Delivered with a genuine shell.

The 'Helmet, Steel, Airborne Troops, Mk I' was introduced in late 1942. This type was progressively superseded by the Mk II from February 1944 onwards, yet most of the British and Canadian paratroopers of the 6th Airborne Division still wore it on D-Day and throughout the Normandy Campaign.

The Code provides additional penalties, including the confiscation of the items used or intended for committing the offence.
