Genuine WWII US Army half shelter tent, of the early type.
Production markings are illegible.
As part of his issue, every GI had a shelter-half, usually rolled into the M1928 haversack's pack carrier. A two-man tent could be pitched by buttoning two similar pieces together.
Good overall condition; shows some graffiti; comes along with its mast.
