Lot of 23 genuine WWII US Army V-Mail forms (blank), coming in their original cardboard box.
In order to standardize, hasten and facilitate the shipping and delivery of mail written by servicemen deployed overseas, the US Army instituted the V-Mail system in 1942. The message would be written on a special form which was then photographed on 16mm film by the theater of operations processing center.
Nice homogeneous lot, in very good overall condition.
