Nice genuine WWII US Army Nurse Corps officer's wool visor hat, intended for being worn with the service dress.

Corresponds to size 20. 

Complete and in very good overall condition.

The name tag sewn on the sweatband indicates that the present cap once belonged to Sulamith Parker, ASN N-754230.

Sulamith Parker was born on June 20, 1921 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Ashkenazi Jewish parents who had emigrated from Russia. She was discharged on July 22, 1946 as a 2nd Lieutenant and later married some Irving Blackberg. She passed away on August 18, 2010.
