Genuine WWII US Army Other Ranks Garrison Cap, featuring the red piping of the Artillery. Size 7, dated December 16, 1941.
Good overall condition. Various inscriptions are visible on the sweatband, including name Bud Deed [sic] and ASN 39421770.
Bud Deen was born on June 20,1906 in Alba, Texas and joined the US Army on January 28, 1944. He was discharged on January 29 of that year for medical reasons, and passed away on June 19, 1975.
