Joseph Octave Prairie was born on June 3, 1915 in Danvers, Massachusetts and joined the US Army on August 21, 1942 (ASN 11096384). He went on to serve with Company F, 119th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division and deployed to Europe. He passed away on January 17, 1990.
