Shoulder sleeve insignia of the 101st Airborne Infantry Division, 'Screaming Eagles'. EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE AT PARATROOPER Reproduction of the rare type 8 called "Velvet". Characterized by a small head and beak and thick padded feathers on a black velvet base. This was arranged in 1943, with a N.Y. patch manufacturer who delivered enough for each officer in the 101st to receive two. Purpose was to use them on Class 'A' dress uniforms. EMs received some of the leftovers. Campaigns: - Normandy, D-Day, Operation Overlord, Saint-Côme-du-Mont; Carentan - Netherland, Operation Market Garden, Eindhoven - Battle of the Bulge, Bastogne - Germany

Perfect replica of the M3 knife, in metal and leather. The regulation M3 knife was introduced in March 1943. The blade bears the markings USM3 and 1943. This knife was used by the whole US Army, but heavily used by all airborne troops. It can be carried with a M6 leather scabbard or a M8 plastic and webbing scabbard.
