Nice genuine WWII US Army OD wool trousers, 'Special' type -- standard issue with an anti-vesicant special feature in the shape of a triangular flap behind the fly.
Label is dated October 27, 1943.
Size 30 x 33.

John Henry Zofcin was born on August 27, 1921 in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania and joined the US Army on August 14, 1942 (ASN 33351399). He went on to serve with battery C, 405th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Gun Battalion and deployed to Europe from October 21, 1943 to December 1st, 1945. He was discharged five days later as a Technician 5th Grade, and passed away on April 21, 2009.
